Growing up with a front-row seat to the world of real estate, Charlotte has been immersed in open homes, renovation chats, marketing brainstorms, and the day-to-day rhythm of a property business from a young age.
Today, she proudly steps into her role as a Junior Assistant at Fulton and Co Property, supporting the business with a variety of general tasks across administration, marketing prep, and on-the-ground assistance during campaigns.
What makes her contribution unique is the perspective she brings. Having watched the development of Fulton and Co Property from the very beginning, Charlotte played a surprising but meaningful role in shaping the brand—from giving honest feedback on early designs, to helping choose colours, to contributing ideas with a fresh, youthful eye. Her opinions were not only heard, they were valued.
With a natural understanding of people, a great instinct for presentation, and an undeniable passion inherited from years of listening, learning, and observing, she brings warmth, enthusiasm, and an “extra set of eyes” to every project.
As she continues to learn the ropes, Charlotte is developing the foundations of a future career—whether in real estate, design, business, marketing, or wherever her curiosity takes her. For now, she’s an integral part of the Fulton and Co Property team, adding heart, support, and creativity to everything she touches.
